Doojoon:
Ever since you had brought that little kitten back, you had done everything in your power to make it feel right at home. It seemed so scared and lonely, it was tragic. You could only imagine what the little guy had been through.
Doojoon was encouraging at first, but lately he just stared on as you took care of the kitten. You were sitting out on the couch late one night, trying to get the little guy to rest. He was still shaky about everything, not really ready to move around on his own.
Doojoon came out of the bedroom, leaning on the doorframe and staring at you. “Are you coming to bed?”
You leaned down closer, petting the kitten’s head. “I don’t think he can sleep alone…” you mumbled, pressing your lips to him. He frowned.
“You think I can?” Doojoon whined, drooping his shoulders and pouting his lips. “I need you too…”
You giggled, smiling up at him. “You’re a big boy now.”
He huffed, narrowing his eyes and heading back into the bedroom. You heard some rustling and before you knew it he came back out with pillows and blankets. “If you’re not going to move,” he tossed the blankets down and curled up in them. “Then I am.” He pulled you beside him, snuggling right up next to you.
You laughed, feeling his arms tighten around you. He narrowed his eyes at the kitten. “She only sleeps next to me, alright?”
.
Hyunseung:
You sat on the floor of the apartment, petting the little ball of fur in your arms and hoping to calm it. The kitten had been a stray and it was too cute to say no to. You kissed the top of its head, nuzzling into it. He purred, burrowing further into your hands.
“You know…” you mumbled, petting back the hair on the top of its head. “He needs a name…” you thought out loud. Hyunseung scoffed from his chair across the room.
“How about ‘attention-hog’ or maybe ‘home-wrecker’,” Hyunseung pouted, his arms crossed over his chest. He refused to look in your direction. “Or I know! ‘I-came-to-steal-your-girlfriend-and-ruin-your-life,’ that seems pretty appropriate.”
You looked up at him, trying really hard not to laugh. “Hyunseung, do you have some unresolved issues?”
He made a ‘humph’ sound, looking even further away from you. You laughed, scooping up the little guy and holding him right in front of Hyunseung’s face. His legs dangled in front of him, his face blank and staring into Hyunseung’s. “Do you two need to have a heart-to-heart?”
Hyunseung frowned, pursing his lips as he looked up at you. You held the kitten closer to him, encouraging them to talk out their problems.
Hyunseung turned his glaring eyes onto the kitten, shoving a finger into his face. “You stay away from my woman, got it?”
.
Junhyung:
You just got back from the store, greeted by the little ball of fur you had recently brought home. “Here I am!” you called happily to him, lifting him up with one hand and kissing the top of his head. “I brought food for you!”
You nearly skipped into the kitchen, finding a bowl and placing it on the ground. You sat on the floor beside it, placing the kitten down as well. You ripped the bag open, ready to pour it in the bowl for him.
Junhyung was leaning on the counter, watching this whole ordeal with an interesting expression on his face. “Hey…” he whined, pouting out his bottom lip. “Feed me too…”
You didn’t even look up from what you were doing. “You can cook,” you replied, helping the kitten get to his meal.
He clicked his tongue at you, lifting his lip in displeasure. “Maybe I should just starve instead…” he mumbled, drumming his fingers on the countertop.
You laughed, finally looking up at him. “Someone’s a little overdramatic,” you stood up, dusting yourself off. You popped over to him, pecking him on the cheek. “Don’t worry, I still love you more.” He tried to hide his satisfied smile. “…but only barely,” you joked.
.
Yoseob:
You laid your head on your hands, smiling as you watched the little fur-ball trot across the floor. You had found the little stray kitten on your way home one day, and you simply couldn’t find it in your heart to leave him behind.
Yoseob moved an arm over you, lying beside you. He didn’t notice the kitten a little ways away and he flipped you over. You looked surprised, but he was smiling so big you didn’t have any reason to say anything about it. Before he could move any closer though, a tiny paw reached out between the two of you. “Ah!” he jumped, moving off. You laughed at him, sitting up and reaching for the kitten.
“C’mere hun,” you cooed, wrapping him up in your arms. “You wanted some too, huh?” you rubbed the top of his head, sneaking a peek at Yoseob out of the corner of your eye. “You were jealous, weren’t you?” you nuzzled the top of his head and kissed him. “You can stay with me…”
Yoseob frowned exaggeratedly. “Now you’re trying to make me jealous, aren’t you?” He narrowed his eyes, but you continued lavishing your love all over the kitten.
“You’re just so cute!” you squealed, holding him up in front of you and kissing the tip of his nose.
“Hey!” Yoseob whined, trying to scoot closer to you. “What about me?”
“Aww!” you giggled, rubbing the kitten’s nose to yours. Yoseob pouted, grabbing the kitten from you and placing himself where he would have been. “Hey!” You watched after the kitten as he placed him down on the floor. You frowned at Yoseob. It was difficult to do when he had that look on his face. You smiled, sighing. “Okay babe…” you tapped the end of his nose. “You’re cute too.” He grinned in satisfaction.
The kitten purred, rubbing Yoseob’s leg affectionately. “Hey there little buddy,” he lifted him up in front of his face, narrowing his eyes at him and laying down the law. “I’m the cutest in the family, so you can stop trying.”
.
Kikwang:
You dragged the little piece of string across the floor, watching as the kitten followed after it. He had stared at it for the longest time before he decided to pounce. Once he started after it though, there was no stopping him. He was rolling all over the place for it, jumping and trying to land on top. You giggled, watching the little guy concentrate as hard as he could.
Kikwang frowned as he watched you. “Do you want to go for a walk?” he asked, sounding hopeful.
“No thanks,” you replied promptly, pulling the string out from under the kitten.
“Wanna go to a movie then?” You shook your head. “How about go to the park? Lotte World? I’ll take you out to dinner!” he offered. You didn’t mean to ignore him, but the kitten was log rolling across the floor and you couldn’t help but squeal in delight. He huffed, coming onto the floor with you. “Why won’t you play with me?”
You giggled, watching him pout out his lower lip. “Sorry babe,” you apologized, dropping the string. “I think he’s just been lonely for awhile…”
“So now it has to be my turn?” he whined, dropping his head. You smiled at him. Suddenly he wrapped his arms around you and pulled you into him. “I don’t like sharing!”
.
Dongwoon:
“C’mere little guy…” you called, peeking underneath the couch. You didn’t see anything. Recently you had brought home a stray kitten, and it had literally taken up all your time to take care of hm. “Dongwoon!” you cried out, straightening back up and looking around the room again. “I think I lost the kitten…”
“Good,” he huffed, glaring. He watched you frantically buzz around the room with a curled upper lip. “…how come you didn’t act like this when I wouldn’t answer you?”
You laughed at him, reaching under the chair nearby and pulling out the little guy. “Found him…” you mumbled, kissing the top of his head. “Because you wouldn’t get lost,” you nuzzled the kitten. “You have a cell phone, and I wouldn’t be the only one to care if you ever disappeared…” You sat back down on the couch, playing with him.
He groaned. “How come you never do that with me?” he whined, coming up to you and demanding you to kiss his head. “Would you like me better if I started purring? Nuzzling you? If I pooped in a box?”
You actually laughed out loud. “You’re welcome to try.”
He flailed about in a small temper tantrum, turning away from you and whining. “Can’t we just put it up for adoption?”
